• Fraud, carding, or financial theft.
• DDoS attacks or unauthorized network intrusion.
• Spamming or mass mailing.
• Accessing or distributing illegal content.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Payments and Refunds

Services are billed in advance. Traffic plans do not expire as long as the account is active. Dedicated modems are billed for the rental period selected. We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee if the service does not work as described.
